Editorial Standards

How we research, write, review, and maintain cryptocurrency education content. Transparency is not optional — it is how we earn trust.

Our Principles

Neutrality First

We do not promote, endorse, or discourage any specific cryptocurrency, exchange, or financial product. Our role is to educate, not to sell. We present facts, trade-offs, and risks — you make the decisions.

Source Verification

Every factual claim traces back to a verifiable source. We prioritize primary sources (whitepapers, official documentation, on-chain data) over secondary reporting. When we cite statistics, we include the source and date.

Content Freshness

Cryptocurrency evolves rapidly. We review all content on a regular cycle: core educational pages quarterly, market-sensitive pages monthly, and scam/security content whenever new threats emerge.

Plain Language

Crypto is complex enough without jargon. We explain concepts in clear, accessible language and link to our glossary for technical terms. If a beginner cannot understand it, we rewrite it.

No Conflicts of Interest

We do not accept payments, sponsorships, or affiliate commissions from any cryptocurrency project, exchange, or tool. Our reviews and recommendations are based solely on merit and public information.

Transparent Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it publicly and promptly. Material corrections are noted on the page. We do not silently edit content to hide mistakes.

Review Process

1

Research & Draft

Content is researched using primary sources, on-chain data, and reputable publications. Drafts are written following our style guide.

2

Technical Review

Technical claims are verified against documentation, smart contracts, or blockchain data. Statistics are cross-referenced.

3

Editorial Review

Content is reviewed for clarity, neutrality, accuracy, and completeness. Bias indicators are flagged and addressed.

4

Publication & Monitoring

Published content includes a last-updated date. Pages are monitored for accuracy and updated when the landscape changes.
